Message	pull over the people with lights on the exterior in either red or blue. Those are public servant light colors and those colors are illegal on the exterior of the car other than tailights. He mentioned that some states have laws about "distraction of drivers", but the big issue is the colors." - This from a friend that is local SAPD. But then again, Ricers are "easy tickets" to cops.
